Seriously?! You have to pay bills for water, food, everything.........That's the only way of keeping alive! You shouldn't have to pay money for THAT. Here in the UK, you have to pay bills every month, because the government force you to. The English government are very greedy and no offense but are also spoilt brats because they want all the money and if they don't, they complain. Everything costs money.....Even water, which is the most important to have in your life.
